Who are you?
Most people would consider me weird and goofy and that I have too much energy, but being normal is overrated. I am from Renton, Wash. and I play a lot of Frisbee.
What do you do and why is it important?
I serve the Magnificent Men of McMillan Hall. I serve them by listening to them and informing the Whitworth community about what I have received from them and informing them about other issues concerning the Whitworth community. It's just that important to Whitworth to have the voice of all the students heard and voiced.
What main issues or ideas to you hope to focus on while you serve on ASWU?
A big issue I try to focus on is the representation of all students, not just my friends, people I see in the halls, people from past years, or people that yell but everyone.
What is at least one common misconception about your work or ASWU?
One large misconception of Mac senator is that I work alone, when I work side-by-side with the Ballard senator and the Schumacher representative and all of the members of ASWU. We all help each other out and recognize we could not do this alone.
What is important for students to know about your work?
I think people should know that things actually do happen and we do not just take ideas and suggestions and repress them.
