After 25 consecutive wins, the men's basketball team needs only two more victories to punch their ticket to Salem, Virginia, and the NCAA Division III Final Four. Following last Saturday's victory over Chapman University, the Bucs are now pitted against Eastern Mennonite University from Harrisonburg, Virginia. At the time of the publication of this article, it remains unclear where the Pirates will play in the next round of the playoffs. All indicators point towards No. 2 ranked Guilford College as the host school for the coming rounds in Greensboro, North Carolina.

With a conference mark of 3-3 the Men's tennis team continues its long home stand with matches against the University of Puget Sound and Pacific Lutheran University. Friday's match with UPS begins at 4:00 p.m. and is followed by Saturday's match with PLU at 11:00 a.m. These will be the last home matches for the Bucs until after the first of April. Make it out to support them.

In the comfort of mild temperatures in the Banana Belt, both men's and women's golf teams will travel to Clarkston, Washington to compete in the Lewis-Clark State College invitational this Saturday and Sunday. This will be the last combined team invitational until April 3rd when the teams will travel to Yakima to tee off against Whitman and UPS.

The Women's tennis team will put its unbeaten 7-0 NWC record to the test again this weekend as they travel to matches at UPS and PLU. The team is the defending 2009 NWC champions and is poised once again to make a run at a championship in April.

For the fifth time in six weeks the baseball team will hit the road. Conference play begins this weekend as the team has a three game series with UPS.

The softball team hosts NWC powerhouse Linfield at Marks field this weekend. Double-headers on both Saturday and Sunday begin at noon. Linfield was the pre-season favorite to win the NWC and the Bucs will have their toughest challenge thus far this season. Make it down to the Field to support them in this important four game series.

Back from the outdoor Willamette open, members of the Men's and Women's track teams are headed to the NCAA Division III Indoor Nationals which begin on Friday in Greencastle, Indiana. The Men's team will look to accomplish their pre-season goal of winning an Indoor National Championship. Cody Stelzer, Emmanual Bofa and Jeff Kitner will lead the team as all have placed first, second and third respectively at last years indoor championship meet.
