COMMENTARY: Most of us are off to celebrate Thanksgiving, and after that, Christmas is not far off. With these holidays come many traditions, and sometimes - simply so we can appreciate those traditions more - we need to question why we practice them. (0) comments
Earlier this semester, I wrote an article asking for clarity in the off-campus behavioral expectations clause in the student handbook. Student life has made it clear that the inclusion of the ambiguous clause was an oversight, and the online version of the handbook has been changed. (2) comments
Imagine what your day would be like if you eliminated all technology from your life. That means no computers, no e-mail, no Internet, no iPods, no cell phones, no PDAs, no television, no DVD players, no radios, no stereos. Nothing that consists of metal and circuits. Just turn back the clock one hundred years or so. And yes, you are allowed to look at a clock. (3) comments
